Pickaway County Public Health (PCPH) completed its most recent Community Health Assessment (CHA) in 2023, with a reassessment in 2026. This assessment is continuously updated to reflect the changing needs, strengths, and challenges of our community.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Assessing community health is only the first step. Turning data into action is where real change happens. The Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) guides that work by identifying priority health issues and outlining strategies to build on what\u2019s working and address areas where improvement is needed.
